***Refinery and Chem Plant Planning Experience A Must*** &&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&& You must have recent refining turnaround planning experience $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ Turnaround Planner wiith Refinery and Chem Plant Experience Minimum of 7 Years Planning Turnarounds within Refineries Description: * Oversee as the owners representative * Plan multiple engineering and Turnaround projects as an Owners rep * Establishes processes, practices & tools to effectively execute projects and Turnarounds * Works interactively with project team members to accurately maintain & update Schedules * Plans work in a logical, systematic, and cost effective ways * Collaborates with others to accomplish goals. * Supports team decisions * Extensive understanding of turnaround execution processes * Develop planning milestones * Able to field plan equipment and estimate man-hours, create material requisitions, develop contractor packages * Defines contractor strategy, create project WBS, * Makes logical ties of work steps * Determines field progress and reports actuals to scheduler *****Please send resumes to kmccormick@mirglobal.com |
