PMA Consultants LLC, an ENR top 40 CM/PM consulting firm has a potential position for a Cost Engineer in our Newark, NJ Area office. A B.S. degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field is required. Candidates must have 3+ years of cost engineering experience including cash flow forecasting and analysis; ability to develop and maintain project schedules and budgets with support from project members. Requires experience with earned value, SPI, and CPI calculations and analysis. Understanding of WBSs, Accrual Processes, invoice review and validation all required. Will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently. Must be comfortable working independently to obtain status of project information. ERP financial experience is required; SAP and Utility experience preferred. Requires self starting skills, excellent communication skills, proven decision making skills, and the ability to function in a large corporate environment.
