PMA Consultants LLC, an ENR top 40 CM/PM consulting firm has potential positions for a Software Administrators and Web Developer in our Newark, NJ Area office. For both positions a B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field is required, as well as experience with the project life cycle including gathering system requirements from end users, design, testing, implementation, and ongoing support Candidate must have 5 years experience with database design, interfacing with other databases, and technical support. The position requires ERP experience, preferably SAP or Oracle; however, other EPR experience will be considered. Primary responsibilities will be on interfacing ERP systems with Primavera products such as P6, Contract Manager using XI and APIs or other tools. Candidate must be a self starter, capable of making presentations to large audiences ranging from system users to senior management. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing training and writing system documentation and user manuals. Experience with reporting software such as Xcelsius and Crystal Reports a plus. The second candidate must have 3+ years experience in web development using Java/JSP and Oracle. Ability to work with Weblogic is essential. Experience with Primavera API, reporting tools like Crystal Reports, Xcelsius will be a plus. The successful candidate will be responsible for writing java code and Oracle procedures to transfer data between ERP systems, developing reports, testing and preparing technical documentation.
