Position Description:
Integrated Scheduling Specialist supporting the Security Border Initiative network (SBInet) Program. Supports the Integrated Scheduling requirements in accordance with company policies, procedures and guidelines. Leads the integration and coordination of integrated schedules across multiple teams. Leads schedule reviews, interfaces with management and government representatives. Understands and applies job practices, techniques, standards, principles and concepts. Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Refers to policies, procedures and practices for guidance. Receives general direction for work that is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives. Represents organization as a contact on contracts or projects. Interacts with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations. Position will support the field deployment for the program.
Education:
Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Security Clearance Requirements:
Ability to obtain interim clearance (pre-start) and final clearance (post start) U.S. citizenship required

Experience with Integrated Schedules and Logic networks. Multiple site and subcontractor schedule integration experience. Proficient with database tools and standard Microsoft Office applications. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. The successful candidate must currently possess or be able to favorably pass a background investigation, with approval from Customs & Border Protection (CBP), Security Programs Division. To expedite this approval process, prefer applicants with a Current Secret Clearance or equivalent (Refer to Security Clearance Definitions link above).
