The selected candidate for this position will need to have a STRONG background in planning and scheduling techniques. This selected person will be required to effectively schedule and maintain a large inventory of projects using Primavera P6 scheduling software. Job functions include developing plans and schedules and creating various baselines for tracking purposes. The role of the Turnaround planner / scheduler is to develop the overall detailed TAR plan. Prepares cost and resources estimates and develops schedules ensuring work is planned safely, efficiently and effectively. Provide accurate and timely reporting of turnaround safety, schedule, cost, and other performance metrics. This requires coordination with representatives from Asset, Optimization, Reliability, Inspection, and Engineering. In addition to planning, assist in coordinating activities during execution phase of turnarounds.

-MUST HAVE TWIC CARD
-Minimum of 5 years (turnaround / planning /scheduling) experience
required.
-Must be very proficient with Primavera Enterprise Software (P-5 / P-6)
-Ability to lead meetings and report to upper management
-Ability to lead and participate in planning meetings and report to upper management any planning or scheduling issues.
-Ability to integrate Turnaround and Projects
-Must provide relevant employment references upon resume submittal
-Must have a strong knowledge in the use of MS Office
