| ORCAS Project Controls is expanding to meet the demand from our clients to provide an effective suite of PROJECT CONTROLS services for large scale fast-track projects.

THIS IS AN INTERNATIONAL OPPORTUNITY, APPROX 2years. The Positions of Cost Controls Engineer and Cost Controls Manager are OPEN! This fast-paced project requires a qualified professional to provide the following: Responsibilities: *Manage Costs for Fast-track Construction Projects *Manage Commitments, Actuals, and Forecasts *Utilize Primavera Expedition to Manage Costs *Work with Various Departments to Obtain Cost Data *Resolve Cost Discrepancies and Issues *Perform Cost Analysis *Present Cost Status *Perform Management Reporting *Cost and Resource Analysis * Executive Project Reporting * Critical Path Analysis * Cost Control / Cost Engineering, and Management * Forecasts and Reporting Requirements: *Cost Control/Cost Engineer/Project Cost Accounting, 7 to 10 Years * Experience in Mining A PLUS, or large industry Projects *Construction Experience, 3-5 Years *Strong knowledge of project processes *Strong knowledge and expertise in all Microsoft Office Products *Database Experience Helpful *Strong Communication and Presentation Capabilities *Accounting Degree Very Beneficial About Us: As an established, energetic group, we collaborate to provide the most effective solutions to our clients.
