| SENIOR START-UP SCHEDULER - NORTHERN CA
ORCAS Project Controls is expanding to meet the demand from our clients to provide an effective suite of PROJECT CONTROLS services for large scale fast-track Projects. The Position of SENIOR SCHEDULER is OPEN for a variety of large scale construction projects! We are seeking residents in the Benicia, CA area. These fast-paced projects require a dedicated, motivated professional to provide the following: Responsibilities: - Development and Management of Primavera Schedule - Detailed Construction Schedules - 3 Week Lookaheads - Cost and Resource Analysis - Executive Project Reporting - Critical Path Analysis - Assessment and Re-planning - Cost Engineering and Reporting - Earned Value Requirements: - START-UP EXPERIENCE A MUST! - Scheduling Background, 5-7+ YEARS - Experience in Construction 5+ YEARS - MUST HAVE A GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF THE SYSTEMS. - Experience in refinery and/or large industry construction projects required - Primavera 5.0, 6.0, and P3 Experience with a Strong Background in the Suite of Primavera Products - Database Experience Helpful - Strong Communication and Presentation Capabilities - Travel may be required and to other Orcas projects About Us: As a small as an established and energetic group, we collaborate to provide the most effective solutions to our clients.
