  Job Description:            
    RIB U.S. Cost a leading provider of Project Controls and Cost Estimating services to the A/E and Construction industry is seeking highly motivated individuals to fill Senior Scheduler positions in Dallas. This is a full-time employment position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Prepare and/or Review Project Execution Schedules (PES)
? Review proposed contract scheduling specification
? Prepare phasing plans and schedules
? Review/develop as-built project schedules
? Review monthly progress schedules
? Review recovery schedules
? Review time extension requirements
? Review/create project execution control and tracking reports
? Review claims and requests for equitable adjustments
? Integrate commissioning schedules into design/construction schedule
? Review all reports and/or submittals as stated in the scheduling specifications
? Review of contractor change proposals and requests for equitable adjustments
? Preparation of pre-negotiation positions for contract modifications and equitable adjustments.
? Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

REQUIREMENTS:
5 - 15 years scheduling experience on major projects. Candidates must be able to develop, manage, and/or execute all phases of the planning/scheduling effort for large complex and demanding projects, preferably for the transportation industry. Requires basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or a related field, Proficient PC skills; proficiency in Primavera P6 a must. Familiarity with industry practices is required.
