Rohadfox is looking for a P6 Jr. Scheduler to join our team! This is for a 7yr project as a Scheduler on a large interstate project in the Atlanta, GA area. You would be hired as our employee and would be elligible to receive medical, Dental and Vision as well as life insurance and a 401k.Paid vacation, sick leave and holiday pay. Job Summary With limited supervision, performs complex scheduling assignments. Builds and maintains schedules for projects. Performs reviews on 3rd party schedules and develops review reports. Monitors and reports on status and analyzes schedules and associated changes for key risk areas and milestones impact. Will generally work on large or complex projects; but may be asked to work on multiple smaller projects. Essential Functions - 25% of time will be spent independently developing new project schedules for moderately complex projects using P6 scheduling software. Will maintain project schedule, including progress updates. Revises forecasts and evaluates impact of delay. Communicates status of schedule and key risk areas to members of project management team. - 10% of time will be performing schedule risk analysis, including quantitative risk analysis. - 10% of time will be spent performing schedule analysis to include critical activities, risk areas, key milestones and significant changes to schedule. Develops ?what if? scenarios to explore alternate sequencing; in order to mitigate or avoid schedule delays. - 10% of time spent performing claims related analysis using contractor claims, delay cost estimates, time impacts, etc. - 25% of time will be spent performing contemporaneous schedule analysis and reporting - 10% will be spent performing detailed review of contractor schedule submittals, including baseline and progress updates. - 10% will be spent performing other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Qualifications - Experience using Primavera 6 scheduling software - 5-8 years construction project Scheduling experience, preferably roadway (civil) project or other commercial civil projects. - Able to live within commuting distance of Atlanta - Able to start in March 2018 or within 2 weeks of accepting offer |
