| Our team is supporting the upgrade/expansion of a complex mining facility. As the Owner's Representative for Scheduling, we have developed and integrated all the project scopes and schedules into an Integrated Owner's Schedule. The scopes will include civil, standard building construction, mechanical systems, instrumentation, and automation systems. The current focus of this program is the management of the Integrated Owner's Schedule, perform analysis, and reporting. Although most of the work is performed in the offices in Phoenix, AZ, some short 1-2 week international travel trips may be required to the project site(s).
