    Job #5003: Project Control Planner / Scheduler

Location: Ewing, NJ

This position is expected to be filled on or before July 2017, on location in Ewing NJ, which is the anticipated release to begin FEL-2 support for (Confidential) project. This assignment is expected to last until no later than December 2018 (~18 months). Some travel may be required, and standard work week (Monday-Friday, with exception for holidays) will be as normal. This position reports to the Project Controls Lead.

Aside from the Microsoft Office platform (Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), the incumbent will utilize MS Project and/or Primavera Project Planner (to be agreed upon incumbent?s experience) to integrate, analyze, and manage.

Integration will consist of:
Maintaining single WBS for integrated master schedule
Incorporating all parties (direct and indirect) into the master schedule
Creating and managing related subprojects

Analysis, will consist of, but not limited to, standard industry reports and customized reports:
CDP (Capital Deployment Process) deliverables
Critical path analysis
Two and/or four week look-ahead
Discipline leveling
Resource loading (using published estimates and/or assumptions)
Spotlighting
Forecast versus baseline
Progress measurement and associated curves
Customized reports to assist PMs with schedule management
Ad hoc reports, as necessary

Management, will consist of, but not limited to:
Coordinating internal and external schedule updates (consistent data dates, etc)
Identifying issues, recommending corrective action and following-up
Ensuring accuracy of the forecasts
Communicating with Project Controls Lead, and others as deemed necessary
Uploading respective project schedules to SharePoint website
Publishing various reports into a Adobe PDF format for easier readability amongst the audience

Control of project schedule and resources:
Facilitating daily and/or weekly schedule review meetings
Identifying schedule deviations and documenting the bridges
Acquiring estimated budgets and tracking labor-hours
Acquiring forecasts for remaining labor-hours
Calculating the true forecast of resources, including travel costs

Requirements:
10-15 years experience in Planning/Scheduling/Project Controls
Knowledgeable of Primavera Project Planner and/or MS Project
