Master Scheduler and Schedule Management consulting positions available. Integrated Master Scheduling with our clients is one of the most important business support functions to the client?s executive leadership. Always highly visible and highly time-sensitive, often with extra oversight attention, these programs present a challenge for even the most experienced project management professionals. Building managing, and maintaining schedules with a rich combination of business functions, IT systems development (Agile and waterfall), and product development content is all in a day?s work for our teams. As a Master Scheduler, you will have direct access to and a daily working relationship with client points of contact, and will learn as much about their scope as possible to provide the most precisely aligned project management products from the schedules you develop and the risks you identify. You?ll be an integral part of a project management team, delivering expert consult across the full spectrum of PM disciplines.

Responsibilities:
*Develop, manage, and maintaining large and complex project schedules, using Oracle Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project (Project Server Enterprise products)
*Assist with the updating/status of program and project schedules 
*Prepare project progress reports and adhoc schedule reports and information
*Develop schedules (individual and integrated master) in accordance with scheduling standards
*Perform schedule analysis to identify quality issues, content gaps, risks and performance issues
*Provide schedule management products to support the clients? regular Program Management Review activities

Basic Qualifications:
*Bachelor?s Degree in a related field
*6-8 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a Project Controls or Project Scheduler role
*PMP or PMI-SP, Project Server Certification desired
*Microsoft enterprise tools, especially Oracle Primavera P6 (Professional Client and Web, version 8.2 or higher, version 15 exp preferred)
*Project Server 2010/2013 and SharePoint highly preferred
Knowledgeable in resource loading and EVM
*Experience with various SDLC methodologies including Agile
*Effective oral and written communication skills
*Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration, in a professional setting, with support to senior management and/or as a PM consultant
*Deep knowledge of and recent PM experience with Federal IT programs and lifecycles strongly desired
*US Citizenship or Permanent Resident for 2 Years+; must have the ability to pass Government suitability access requirements
*Experience with U.S. Census or other Federal Civilian Agencies
