  Job Description:            
    The Schedule Management Analyst will work collaboratively with a diverse team of IT and project management professionals. Will hold responsibility for change management and process improvement as it relates to scheduling, among other duties. Strong communication skills for client/stakeholder management and effectively working with other contractors is a must.

Specific Tasks:

Ability to assess business processes, create process flows for those processes, and document them. Business processes include: Schedule Management (e.g., create, update, analyze, baseline, integrate, optimize schedules); Change Request (CR); Schedule Risk Management and formal Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA); Lessons Learned Management ; Process Improvement and Business process analysis. We are looking for someone who can provide analysis of process integration and optimization strategies and recommend improvements in process socialization, coordination, and communication.

Qualifications:

- Experience working with and supporting Schedule Management organizations

- Knowledge of Project Management software tools, including Microsoft Project 2010 (or higher) Server and/or Primavera (P6)

- Proficiency in assessing, analyzing, and documenting business processes, technical methodologies, and supporting work

- Strong technical writing capabilities

- Knowledge of government and other Project Management standards, including the PMI PMBOK, GAO Scheduling Guide, Exhibit 300, Earned Value Management (ANS/EIA-748), and similar documents

- Strong written and oral communication skills; highly self-motivated; ability to work with a large team of technically diverse professionals, including schedulers, managers, technical leads, IT specialists, and federal government employees

- United States citizenship is required

- Completed Bachelor's degree preferred

- Certifications from PMI or AACE are preferred
