    Salary Range for experienced candidates: $77,490.00 to $119,794 / Per Year
Salary Range for limited experienced candidates: $56,600 to $119,794 / Per Year
Job Series:
GS-1101 - No educational requirements, but only accepting Very Experienced Candidates Only
GS-1515 - Requires a 4 year degree, analysis and math required, candidates with no experience and up.
GS-0896 - Requires a 4 year Engineering degree, candidates with no experience and up.

Job Summary
The position is located in the Cost Department of the Research and Engineering Group at the Naval Air Warfare Center. The duty stations are Patuxent River, MD.

The Cost Department provides people, processes, tools, technical knowledge, and facilities necessary to provide a clear and comprehensive understanding of Life Cycle Costs and their attendant uncertainties to be used in developing, acquiring and supporting affordable Naval Aviation Systems.

Vacancies can be filled at the equivalent GS-13 grade levels and below down to GS-7. The Full Performance Level for these vacancies can be at the equivalent GS-12 or GS-13 grade levels.

Schedules are to define and display production and manufacturing realities. Including tasks that are completed, tasks that are started, and delays in schedule specifically identifying critical path. With each task, show funding required, funding spent, and progress on completion of tasks/funding using MS Project.

Duties
.Ensure products and services provided to customers are in accordance with established Cost Department policy, procedures, and processes.
.Provide scheduling expertise in the development and maintenance of government Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and other schedule related products in accordance with Cost Department Processes and Toolkits.
.Coordinate Earned Value Management contractual reporting requirements in accordance with DoDI 5000.2 and Cost Department Processes and Toolkits.
.Coordinate reviews with Director(s) prior to meetings/events where analysis or products represented as department analysis are being presented to high ranking officials.
.Provide timely and quality analysis of contractor reported cost and schedule data from the Integrated Project Management Report in accordance with Cost Department Processes and Toolkits to support Project Management decision making.
