  Job Description:            
    We are looking for an experienced program scheduler for a position on a school district bond construction program.

DUTIES:
Develops and maintains program schedules identifying relationships, logic, milestones, and constraints for construction of various types.
Monitors and actively participates in project and program issues while administering best practices and standards.
Performs needed QA/QC on program schedules to conform with program goals for various project types.
Defines and maintains standard codes, layouts, and reports necessary to ensure program wide data integrity.
Performs status updates on an as needed basis for Program Schedules/Master Schedules.
Proactively monitors schedule impacts and advises Project Team concerning changes and issues related to schedule impacts.
Consults with project teams and recommends solutions to improve products and services.
Performs program level analysis and reporting.
Creates and manages conceptual program and project schedules as needed.
Prepares ad-hoc reports as directed by management.
Communicates and coordinates between individuals and departments to manage the program schedule and update process.
Resolves technical issues and/or coordinates and tracks issues with Facilities Technology Services department on behalf of Project Schedulers.
On an as-needed basis, manages the configuration of P6 including patches and upgrades.
Serves as a liaison between Program Schedule Managers and Project Schedulers.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Graduation from a recognized college or university with a Bachelor?s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
Eight (8) years full time paid professional experience in Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor, preferably working on multiple educational facility or public works projects.
Proficiency in Primavera 8.1 or above and MS Office Suite.
Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superior organization and planning skills.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience in using SQL to retrieve data from various data sets.
Knowledge of P6 Integration API a plus.
