| Job #4879: Project Manager/Project Controls - Food Manufacturing
Provide Project Management support and Scheduling oversight of a Engineering/Construction Project for a Food Manufacturer located in Bridgewater, NJ. Responsible for Project Safety, Contract Administration, Project Controls, Change Control, Processing, and Scope Changes. The associate in this position will possess skills and expertise in the following areas: Coordination, Project Oversight, Scheduling, Business Management , Change Control, and Safety. Scope coordination Work package review Contractor coordination Project management Integrated scheduling Critical path method scheduling Budget development Financial analyses Cost accounting, tracking and reporting Variance analysis · Forecasting Invoice Porcessing Project Change Requests Change Management Contingency planning OSHA Contract Administration Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred and/or 8-10 years relevant experience in Pharmaceutical and/or Food Manufacturing experience Must have a background in Cost & Scheduling Work experience in the design build construction Skills in oral, written communication PMP Certification is a Plus Demonstrated skills in identifying, analyzing and solving problems. OSHA Training/Certification required |
