| Job #4789: Scheduler
The selected candidate will have the following: ? Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using Microsoft (MS) Project / or alternative tools (i.e. Asana / Instagantt). ? Develop timelines and establish milestones and deadlines for multiple projects. ? Conduct regular meetings with cross functional team to monitor action items and resolve issues as needed. ? Lead cross functional team and manages day-to-day operational aspects of multiple projects and scope. ? Track deliverables and project progress against deadlines and communicate delays. ? Manages completion of projects within the time frame specified ensuring that all project requirements are met. ? Research technology topics at the request of the Sr. Manager as part of assisting in scoping of new initiatives ? Participate in special projects as required Qualifications ? 3-5 years of related experience supporting related activities. ? Experience with MS Project or similar scheduling tool like Primavera ? Proficient with MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Visio ? Excellent communication and organizational skills ? ?Get it done? and ?I can figure this out? attitude Education: Bachelor's Degree, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience. |
