| Job #4780: Senior Cost Estimator - Ethylene Cracker Plant
The Spear Group has a need for an experienced Senior Cost Estimator to support the construction efforts on a $1.4 Billion expansion of an Ethylene Cracker Plant located in Plaquemine, LA. Primary responsibilities: The goal would be to deliver cost evaluation of the main construction contractor during the following actions: ? Requisitions ? Subcontract Price Verification ? Change Orders, etc. Additionally, the cost estimator would be responsible for preparing the A&E's change orders to the plant owner mainly relating to construction costs, including material. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in plant cost estimation and control, preferrably in Petro-Chemicals Project controls experience (90% Cost Estimating / 10% Controls) Familiarity with plant processes |
