| MasTec North America, Inc. is currently looking for an experienced Primavera P6 Project Scheduler (Level II/III) candidate to work in the Austin, Texas area. Experience in either underground or overhead Telecom/Power construction is preferred, however not required.
Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Project Team to develop, maintain and manage the project schedule; to include day-to-day tracking and status updates at the activity level for engineering, construction, and supply chain - Prepare estimates and forecasts during the life-cycle of the project - Assist in the creation of comprehensive schedule submittal, utilizing Critical Path Methodology (CPM), resource and cost loading as necessary - Prepare schedule submittal for conformance with contract - Review critical path, cost loading, schedule content, use of relationships and lag, constraints and milestones Qualifications - Minimum of three-years scheduling experience required, preferably within the construction industry - Proficiency with Primavera P6 required - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Mathematics or Physics preferred - Requires strong computer skills to include Microsoft Excel and database applications. Practical knowledge test will be required - Committed to quality, integrity and an ability to organize work independently and with teams **This job description is not intended to be all inclusive.
