| BlackRock Resources is looking for a Scheduler for a client in Virginia.
? An Associate's degree with 2-4 years of experience or 5 years of similar scheduling experience with no degree ? The candidate must be familiar with standard scheduling concepts, practices, and procedures and have demonstrated experience with Microsoft Project or equivalent tools including resource loading, balancing and critical path analysis. ? Prior scheduling experience at Government sector military/aerospace is desired ? The ability to understand complex integration issues and work with a team to develop closure plans ? Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills ? The ability to develop a highly effective working relationship with the customer and development contractors ? The ability to coordinate with program stakeholders and to work issues to closure ? The ability to deliver customer solutions in a timely fashion ?
