* 4-year degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is desired.
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in computerized scheduling experience.
* Experienced in preparing construction schedules from available plans and specifications.
* Experienced with Public works, Ports, LAWA, water/wastewater projects.
* Experienced in analyzing contractor?s baseline schedule, monthly schedule updates, time impact analysis.
* Experience with Primavera P6, Sure Trak, Claim Digger, Microsoft Project and Practical CPM scheduling.
* Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
* Must have the ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Essential Job Functions: Prepare project schedule from the available plans and specifications; prepare time impact schedules; prepare parallel weekly schedules; monitor review contractor?s baseline schedule and monthly schedule updates and prepare written review comment; monitor contractor?s progress and compare it to the latest approved schedule, verify accuracy of the 3-week look-ahead schedules.
