| Job Description:
PMA Consultants, an ENR top 40 CM consulting firm, is seeking a Change Order/Claims Request Analyst in the New York City Area. A B.S. degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field is required. The qualified candidate will have: - 3-5 years of experience reviewing contractor change order and claims requests on construction projects. - Candidates should have experience in cost controls or estimating in the NYC market - Expert in Microsoft Excel and excellent communication and written skills required. Job Description: The candidate will conduct reviews of construction change order and claims requests in an active large construction program in New York City. He or she will provide recommendations on the disposition of such requests. The candidate will also support the construction management team in negotiations with contractors.
