| Minimum 5 years of cost estimating experience.
Bachelor?s degree required. Experienced in architectural, engineering, or construction fields. Construction estimating experience preferred. Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communications skills. Project management or construction management experience preferred. Experience in scheduling helpful. Must be proficient in MS Office. Key competencies: critical thinking, problem solving, decision making and being results-oriented. Verifiable references. Position is in Hawaii and relocation is required. This position cannot be done remotely. |
