Position Qualifications:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· 5 - 10 years of experience
· Relevant experience in cost control, preparing engineering budgets, generating cost reports, WBS, reporting and analysis
· Requires experience with earned value, SPI, and CPI calculations and analysis.
· Hands-on scheduling experience with Primavera (P6), MSP, NetPoint or similar scheduling software.
· Ability to develop and maintain project schedules and budgets with support from project members.
· Effective presentation and meeting management skills and ability to work with both large and small groups
· Experience with airports is a plus
· Experience with Unifier a plus
· B.S. degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
· Additional processes and responsibilities include the development and maintenance of the
· following:
o Schedule Interactive Planning Sessions
o Budget Development
o Change Order Review
o Project Schedule development, review, and management
o Project cost development, review, and management
