| OLH is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia and offers comprehensive and specialized Project, Program & Construction Management services. We have offices in Atlanta & Augusta, Georgia, Columbia, South Carolina, and Huntsville, Alabama.
We are seeking an experienced Construction and Design Scheduler for our project and construction management firm. Project and Program level scheduling from design through construction turnover for transportation, infrastructure, and facility projects. Transportation, highway, road and bridge design and construction experience desired but not required. Certification by AACE or PMI in planning/scheduling is desired but not required. Position is available in our Augusta, GA or Columbia, SC offices; no relocation reimbursement offered Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or other related field ? Must be proficient with Primavera (P6) ? Must have at least 3 to 8 years relevant scheduling experience ? Must be able to read and interpret plans, specs and drawings to develop CPM schedules ? Excellent computer skills required Responsibilities: ? Working with program, project, and construction managers to develop target schedules and tracking project status ? Resource load schedules as required by the project ? Analyze schedules from A/E firms and General Contractors ?
