We are seeking a Scheduling Manager, an effective communicator with a persuasive, teaching style and the ability to build and establish rapport within Mascaro and with Mascaro clients. The Scheduling Manager will follow guidelines, and a structure with established policies and procedures, while working for and with others.
Position Responsibilities
Clear presentation of Mascaro?s commitment to credibility in the scheduling process to owners, clients and subcontractors, and the proactive use of the schedule for project management.
Act in a professional manner when representing Mascaro?s interests.
Assist the sales and marketing teams in the presentation process of Mascaro's in-house scheduling policies, procedures and capabilities.
Assist the estimating team with the costs and resources needed to support the contract required scheduling services.
Assist the estimating and design-build teams with the development of bid and preconstruction schedules.
Provide a tool to assist the project team in determining the most cost-effective planning of work.
Provide focus reports to assist in the planning and monitoring of self-perform work specifically resource loading of activities to match production goals.
Ensure the credibility of the scheduling process throughout the life of the project from the initial proposal to the as-built schedule.
During schedule development and review with project teams, must possess and demonstrate facilitation skills that engage the project team and encourage their input. (JR)
Facilitate the development of the initial baseline schedule with the project team, including subcontractors, to guarantee ownership of the schedule.
Communicate current schedule status, project plan and critical path activities to all parties involved.
Regularly update schedule with progress, new work activities, logic revisions, extra work, changed condition or other impacts needed to maintain an accurate planning tool.
Provide additional schedule support as required: recovery schedules, time impact analysis and what-if analysis schedules.
Assure compliance with contract-specific scheduling requirements including contract required narratives, reports and submittals.
Maintain accurate as-built data for activity start and completion tracking.
Provide accurate and timely reports to ensure proper planning.
Provide monthly executive schedule summary analysis for all projects.
Provide schedule review and analysis on behalf of project Owners when acting as a Construction Manager.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in engineering or construction engineering technology. Ten years planning and control experience, 3-5 years in construction scheduling
Computer Skills: Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Products
Strong facilitation, and collaborative communication skills
