The Project Scheduler will work within the Project Management Office to support Project Managers, Estimators and Proposal Coordinators by developing and maintaining schedules for utility projects in the western US. Projects include overhead and underground power transmission, distribution and substations, gas pipelines and fiber optic backbone installations ranging from $1M to $100M in value. Additional responsibilities will include proposal writing, S-curve and Earned Value tracking, and promotion of Henkels & McCoy Project Management Methodology. This full-time position will be based out of the West Region Headquarters in Pomona, CA and may include short or long-term assignments that require travel.
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience developing resource-loaded schedules with Primavera P6.
- Minimum 1 year Construction industry experience and understanding of industry practices, processes, and standards, and ability to read drawings and specifications.
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of Critical Path Methodology.
