Our client is currently hiring a Primavera Scheduler to provide support on a large program with the United States Census Bureau in Suitland, MD. This project supports the Decennial Management Division (DMD) to achieve the cost and quality targets, in addition to meeting strategic goals.
The Primavera Scheduler will work within a functional team that includes project managers, project planners, risk management specialists, budgeting specialists, quality control specialists; other critical staff members. Ability to effectively collaborate and work well in a team environment is vital to being a success in this role.
Qualifications:
5+ years experience supporting schedule management
Proficiency in scheduling with Primavera P6
Strong experience developing and managing integrated master schedules (IMS)
Demonstrated ability to lead a schedule development effort
Strong written and oral communication skills
Bachelors degree in a related discipline required, masters preferred
Must have PMI-SP certification as a scheduling professional OR PMP certification OR Schedule certification from the American Association of Cost Engineering (AACE)
Must be able to obtain Public Trust Clearance with U.S. Census Bureau
