  Job Description:            
    Scope of Work:
Develop and maintain P6 schedules for various projects working with project management, engineering and manufacturing personnel. Utilize SAP data to updated schedules. Provide schedule data to management as requested.


Standard Requirements/Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and implement highly complex project plans/control systems, including reporting, controlling and projecting costs and schedules to achieve financial and non-financial Company commitments/objectives. Develop and maintain project summary level schedules. Provide schedule reporting for customer progress reports. Improve development of program plans and facilitate communications/ expectations via program kick-offs, interim program review meetings, etc.
2. Analyze and resolve highly complex technical, commercial and operational issues to provide high quality services/systems, enhance positive customer and supplier relations, and increase/maintain profit margin. Convince customers and other participants of optimal approach to achieve milestone(s).
3. Lead operations with subcontractors/vendors in effective project execution activities.
4. Evaluate, develop and lead business growth opportunities i.e. obtain order, up-sales, scope increases, technological advancements, etc.
5. Analyze contract requirements and develop project-specific deliverables to enable successful program implementation, to enhance customer satisfaction and program performance. Analyze needs and develop unique customer satisfaction improvements to address customer needs for support, high quality and efficiency to provide quick turnaround and maintain performance.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field.
2. 10+years of experience in the management of technical, administrative and project activities to provide services/systems for highly complex/large integrated/multi-functional programs/projects.
