| PMA Consultants, an ENR top 40 CM/PM consulting firm is seeking a Cost Engineer in our New Jersey, MA Area office. A B.S. degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field is required.
Candidates must have : 2-7 years of cost engineering experience including cash flow forecasting and analysis Ability to develop and maintain project schedules and budgets with support from project members. Requires experience with earned value, SPI, and CPI calculations and analysis. Understanding of WBSs, Accrual Processes, invoice review and validation all required. Will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently. Must be comfortable working independently to obtain status of project information. ERP financial experience is required. Requires self starting skills, excellent communication skills, proven decision making skills, and the ability to function in a large corporate environment.
