Job Description:* The Maintenance Planner / Scheduler will develop practical and innovative ways to identify and meet goals. In this role, you will be responsible for work that is less defined in scope, utilize your understanding and experience to execute business objectives, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals. In this role, you will:
? Plan maintenance Work Orders (WO) in Maximo by creating and maintaining Job Plans libraries
? Establish proper task sequence, duration, craft, tools, materials and parts to properly execute the job
? Create and maintains libraries for Preventive Maintenance Plans, Assets, Materials, Tools and Labor
? Kit all the materials, specifies tools and develops Job Packages consisting in Work Procedures, Drawings, Sketches and Manufacturer/Engineering Specifications to execute a Precision Maintenance work
? Schedule Weekly Maintenance Work in agreement with Production and Manufacturing Engineers
? Maintain Spare Parts and Maintenance Materials inventories in Maximo
? Be responsible for organizing spare parts and materials in storage rooms and warehouse
? Track Work Orders accomplishments and uses craft feedback to improve quality of Job Plans and Preventive Maintenance Plans
? Order all maintenance parts and tools to support work execution
? Send out equipment for repairs and schedules onsite services
? Plan Maintenance Work in accordance with Plant Safety, Environmental and PSM requirements
? Bachelor?s Degree in a technical discipline from an accredited university or college (or a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum 5 years hands on working experience as a skilled craftsman in Electrical & Instrumentation, Millwright or related trade)
