| This position will be located at Charlotte home office with 25% travel during the first year. After first year this position will be moved to the site location- Sutton, SC.
This position is responsible for Developing, managing, progressing, monitoring and reporting the Project Integrated schedule. This position will assist the Project Director to develop and manage interface plans & schedules with the other entities within and outside the company. This position is crucial to lead the overall schedule development during the development phase of the project and provide schedule oversight role during the execution and close-out phases. The Sr. Scheduler will be responsible to provide daily, weekly and monthly detail schedule health analysis, forward looking analysis, upcoming milestones, detail float and variance plan against Baseline, and commodity tracking in the field. The Sr. Schedule will take the lead role to develop detail project Controls Schedule requirements for the job. The Sr. Scheduler will assist the Project controls lead to develop and manage Project Controls Exhibits packages during the contracts execution phase. This includes the aspects of project estimating, scheduling, change management, cost control, and reporting as required to support both the project and department requirements and expectations. The Senior Project Controls Specialist will be responsible for oversight and integration of the Project Controls data from the EPC suppliers and Support groups. This position will ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all Project Controls deliverables; and that all required Project Controls tools and programs are implemented per the terms of all applicable PMCOE Standards, PMC Procedures, and Project Execution Plans. Basic Qualifications: ? 4 year degree ? business, finance, project management, engineering, technical, or equivalent (11-years related experience in the field in lieu of 4-year degree); ? 7-years prior work (Field scheduling) related experience in addition to a degree ? Expertise/Mastery of project management / project controls concepts / computer applications (P6, Excel, etc.,) / analytics; ? Contract administrative skills and knowledge of Plant and Property Accounting ? Demonstrated proficiency in earned value management ? Demonstrated competency in principle and application of P6 and Microsoft office suite ? Highly engaged self-starter working with little or no supervision. ? Collaborative team member with good written and oral communication skills ?Must have? Qualification ? 5~ 10 years of Field construction planning and scheduling experience on Combine Cycle projects. Desired Qualifications: ? Master?s Degree ? business, finance, project management, or equivalent Licenses ?
