| Sikorsky Aircraft has a few permanent openings for a Scheduling Analyst. These positions sits in Stratford CT, I am not sure if you are looking to relocate or if you would be interested in exploring new opportunities, if so, Please give me a call at your convenience.
*Job Description PP&C scheduler will perform program planning and control activities to support the Full Criteria Reporting for Development efforts relating to associated programs. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: 1. Collaborate with management and team members to plan, create, monitor and analyze resource loaded network schedules for program schedule performance and schedule related metrics. 2. Ensure the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) is networked in order to perform Critical Path analysis and reconciliation. 3. Conduct weekly/monthly detailed analysis for major Program Events. 4. Analyze key intermediate milestones in order to provide status updates to the Integrated Master Plan (IMP). 5. Coordinate with major suppliers to collect and deliver current schedule information. 6. Schedule baseline management and control as well as assisting in weekly/monthly variance analysis. 7. Assist in proposal generation, costing and cost/schedule integration. 8. Prepare and present briefing materials to management and customers in an efficient and professional manner. *Education / Certifications BA/BS degree with 3-5+ years' experience MA/MS degree with 2-3+ years' experience *Experience / Qualifications Requires Earned Value knowledge, Scheduling, and Critical path analysis. Requires knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, winsight, MS Excel, MS Word, MS powerpoint and SAP. The candidate shall have good interpersonal communication, writing and presentation skills. Requires experience in the application of integrated cost/schedule techniques in government reporting programs. Requires the ability to analyze schedules and performance measurements.
