Job Description
Responsible for developing and maintaining a standard network of Projects Department Long Range Plan and individual project schedules.
Ensures schedule coordination with Construction Supervision, Project Management and the Station in regards to daily and outage schedules.
Provides schedule analysis and recommendations to Project Management, as well as guidance and direction to Project Team Members to avoid schedule variances.
Integrates vendor, contractor efforts in the area of schedule integration with station schedules.
Develop and maintain master Projects status matrix.
Understands Earned Value Analysis (EVA), schedule critical path and dependencies.
Man-loads and develops histograms as requested by management.
Job Requirements
8+ years of Primavera scheduling or planning experience in construction and/or maintenance work at an operating nuclear facility. Must work well in a team environment and be self-motivated, responsible and reliable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to plan, organize, budget and monitor progress necessary to evaluate performance against plans.
Adequate computer skills and knowledge of problems to support job functions.
