| PMA Consultants is an international construction, ENR top 40 CM/PM consulting firm. We are recognized pioneers and leaders in program, project and construction management, and experts in dispute avoidance and resolution.
The Program scheduler will work with the PMO Schedule Lead and PMO Financial Planner to develop and maintain the CISUP schedule based on the project management plans and cost plans. Responsibilities require multiple resources and cover all project scheduling and cost management of short term and long term activities to include: 5-10 years experience A B.S. is required Strong knowledge of P6 P6 Resource loading and monthly update experience Provide onsite presence to support PMO leadership, CIP Leads and leads in Business Management, Change Management, Business Process and Standards & Procedures teams Support weekly status meetings for IMS review, and provide weekly and monthly reporting for all levels of PMO and executive reporting Gather Earned Value and financial actuals to incorporate into the IMS for Monthly weighted milestone CPI/SPI values for Board level reporting Provide support for development of Work Package schedules and resources, insertion into the IMS and into the maintenance and reporting cycle Primavera Database Administration experience preferred but not necessary PMA offers competitive wages and comprehensive benefits including medical, prescription, dental, vision, time off with pay, 401(k) with company match, life, disability, and professional development reimbursement.
