Requirements and Skills needed: ? - BS Required - 8 to 15 years experience - Experience with utility estimating, NY/NYC Estimating, and Estimating Software Expertise is required - Strong experience with MS Excel - Excellent writing skills Job Description: - Develop estimates for projects in capital portfolio, analyze contractor bids against owner's estimate, develop and document estimating best practices.
