  Job Description:            
    Job Description:
The Program Planner/Scheduler supports program scope and schedule integration including the Integrated Master Schedule/Plan (IMS/IMP) creation, baselining and change control. The Program Planner/Scheduler will collaborate with technical and business team members to plan, create, and monitor network schedules for program schedule performance and related metrics.

Outlined are some of the duties:
o Follow and update scheduling/planning procedures.
o Perform Critical Path analysis to ensure the IMS is vertically and horizontally networked.
o Conduct weekly/monthly detailed analysis to Program Events as well as intermediate milestones.
o Provide consulting support to Program Team members (IPMT, CIPT, Systems, IPT, etc?), infusing scheduling best-practices into Pratt & Whitney?s program plans.
o Construct and support Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and work scope decomposition to achieve and effectively measure to program objectives.
o Support schedule baselines.
o Validate cost and schedule integration between the Primavera scheduling tool and SAP.

Education / Certifications:
- Bachelors degree or Associates degree with 4-7+ years of experience.
Preferred:
- Degree in engineering, business, project, or construction management.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Experienced in the use of scheduling programs (Primavera, MS Project, Open Plan).
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office tools including Excel.

Preferred:
- Earned value management knowledge
- Knowledge in the application of integrated cost/schedule techniques.
- Experience in applying integrated cost/schedule and critical path methodologies within an Earned Value (EVMS) environment.
- Ability to acquire a DoD security clearance
