| ECG, Inc. has an immediate need for a senior-level planner/scheduler on one of its contracts in support of the U.S. Census Bureau in Suitland, Maryland.
The candidate, working with the project team members, will be responsible for the development and maintenance of multiple detailed project schedules using Oracle Primavera Professional (desktop/client and Web application). The applicant will also be responsible for statusing and updating schedule activities, performing schedule analysis and what-if scenarios, and creating views, layouts, and ad-hoc reports. * * Candidate must demonstrate proficiency using Oracle Primavera P6.2 or higher. * * The candidate must have a thorough understanding of EPS, OBS, and WBS development; be capable of creating and assigning activity codes and user-defined fields; and be capable of importing MS Project and Excel files into Primavera. Earned Value Management (EVM) knowledge is a plus. Applicant must have strong interpersonal skills to work with a large Oracle Primavera P6 user community. Excellent communication skills (written and oral) are required. Previous experience in supporting the U.S. Census Bureau is preferred, but not essential.
