| Primavera P6 Scheduler ? Los Angeles, CA ? Full-Time- $110K-$130K
My client, a leading general contractor, is searching for a Scheduler for their Los Angeles office. In this position you will develop pre-construction and construction job schedules to maintain timely and profitable job completion. You must have the ability to coordinate several activities and deliver accurate work production on time. Emphasis on the projects and your history should include concrete and high rise vertical construction. In this position you will be doing: ? Develop resource loaded CPM schedules for projects in the Initiation and Execution phases. ? Maintain schedules with regular updates. ? Support project managers with time impact/delay studies. ? Assist estimators and project managers with resource planning and work plan narratives. ? Create schedule and graphical reports for stakeholder communication and project reviews. ? Generate earned value or production curves for tracking and planning purposes. To qualify for this position you must have the following background: ? A bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture ? A very strong background in scheduling in P6 ? Minimum of 3 years of scheduling experience ? Prefer project scheduling background of projects ranging from $5-$200mil ?
