*Job Description
The PP&C Scheduler Analyst will perform program planning and control activities to support the Full Criteria Reporting for Development efforts relating to associated Air Force programs. PP&C Scheduler will be responsible for collaborating with management and team members to plan, create, monitor and analyze resource loaded network schedules for program schedule performance and schedule related metrics.
1. Ensure the Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) are networked in order to perform Critical Path analysis and reconciliation.
2. Ability to have clear understanding of product development and contract requirements in order to be able to architect the IMS in manner which demonstrates execution to major Program Milestones.
3. Conduct weekly/monthly detailed analysis for major Program Events.
4. Analyze key intermediate milestones in order to provide status updates to the Integrated Master Plan (IMP).
5. Coordinate with major suppliers to collect and deliver current schedule information.
6. Be responsible for schedule baseline management and control as well as assisting in weekly/monthly variance analysis.
7. Assist in proposal generation, costing and cost/schedule integration. Integration of Risk Management Cube and mitigation plans.
8. Perform required schedule assessments using Risk Management tools such as Pert Master. Clear understanding of Product Center Integration and the Contract Operating System.
9. Prepare and present briefing materials to management and customers in an efficient and professional manner.
*Education / Certifications
BA/BS degree with 4-7 years' experience
MA/MS degree with 4-5 years' experience
*Experience / Qualifications
Requires earned value knowledge, scheduling, and critical path analysis. Requires knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, COS, winsight, MS Office Products, Risk Management, and SAP.
