| Create and manage scheduling using P6. Create job stratagies on proposals and new work. Build schedules with detailed production rates. Must understand how to track items like change orders and claims. Give weekly updates on ongoing jobs. Experience with BIM, cost loaded scheduling, leadership skills, commercial construction knowledge and AutoCad preferred. Types of projects: manufacturing, hospitals, schools, office buildings. |
