| The Project Controls Specialist will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager (PM), Project Controls Director and/or Project Controls Supervisor with all facets of project execution for Integrated Delivery (design-build), engineering, and/or construction management projects.
Education: Degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or deemed equivalent job experience. Experience: 5+ years experience in various aspects of construction and engineering management including scheduling, resource loading, earned value measurement, cost controls, procurement and subcontract management. Field experience is required. DUTIES: ? Provide Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling and updating to include development, master project schedule integration, status identification cost and resource loading, and earned value measurement. ? Change management to include identification, documentation, and assisting with developing mitigation plans. ? Assist with Risk Management identification, qualification and mitigation plans ?
