| Area Project Controls Manager that manages and oversees project controls for industrial construction projects throughout Texas (this is a working position not just oversight). Responsible for project planning and scheduling, cost estimating and monitoring, and quality review. Manages project controls personnel. Provides guidance and consultation for project managers individual should have a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 5-10 years of experience in industrial construction. The right candidate will have expert understanding of the following:
? Primavera P6 ? MS Project ? CPM Scheduling and planning ? Job Cost Accounting and Control ? Earned Value Progressing ? Job Cost Projection ? Auditing And a fair understanding of the following ? Estimating (civil earthwork, civil concrete, structural steel, piping and E&I) ? Contracting ? Capital Construction, Maintenance and Turnaround?s ? A solid understanding of field construction |
