We are seeking to add a Construction Project Controller to our team who specializes in effective cost control and monthly project level financial reporting and reforecasting. This position will be located in our Orlando office.
Responsibilities
Our ideal candidate will perform deviation analysis, assist in the preparation of project reforecasts, reconcile purchase order issues and become an integral part of our finance team.
He/she must be able to produce clear and concise summary report findings of assessments and analysis including cost overages and other variances.
Qualifications
Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting is desired. Bachelor?s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering with a concentration in accounting is acceptable.
He/she must be able to work and be effective in a fast-paced, demanding, and lean environment, be able to work on various projects simultaneously and be proficient with Microsoft Office Products.
Our ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of standard construction accounting policies and procedures, the ability to become proficient with the company?s ERP system (Co-axis-Viewpoint) and be able to communicate effectively with senior levels of financial and executive management.
