| PMA Consultants, an ENR top 40 CM/PM consulting firm, is seeking a Project Risk Assessment specialist in Newark, NJ. The position requirements include A Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, and experience in the following areas:
-A minimum of 4 years of experience in the area of risk assessments for Roadways, Bridges, Tunnels, Buildings, Airports and Transportation Infrastructure projects - Proficiency with developing integrated project schedules in Primavera (P6) - A minimum of 2-years of experience in performing project risk assessment qualitative and quantitative processes and using risk assessment tools including use of Palisades @Risk Add-In to Microsoft?s Excel, Version 5.5.1 for estimating cost risk; and Primavera Risk Analysis, Version 8.6 for project cost control and reporting. - Ability to facilitate risk identification and risk quantification meetings. - Experience in reviewing of engineering design drawings, project schedules, and project estimates. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects risk assessments simultaneously and effectively. - Demonstrated customer service, decision-making, problem solving, interpersonal skills, and effective communication both at the interpersonal and group level.
