| REFINERY IN MONT BELVIEU, TX NEEDS: PLANNER
? On-Going Position ? Full Benefits Offered ? 5-8 Half Day Fridays Work Schedule DESCRIPTION: We?re looking for a Planner who will be expected to: ? Plan for turnaround work including cost estimating, duration, resources and manpower. ? Provide the overall integrated, resource loaded work steps ? Work to integrate project work scope into detailed, resource loaded turnaround planning. ? Coordinate planning input from multiple contractors. ? Monitor and forecast progress of activities in planning by assessing or measuring physical progress in engineering and field construction ? highlight problem areas and recommend remedial actions. ? Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress. ? Act as a liaison with all team leaders to communicate required completion dates and interface between responsible parties. ? Apply experience that includes maintenance associated with all laborer crafts for day to day run and maintain activities. BACKGROUND: The ideal Planner will have: ? Turnaround planning experience ? Owner/operator or construction background ? Be able to work in a fast pace environment EOE F/M/Disabled/Veteran |
