  Job Description:            
    Develop and maintain project cost code framework, develop and maintain schedule WPS, cost and resource loaded schedule and provide internal and external reporting.
Review and develop project schedules from plans and specifications.
Create a baseline schedule for review and acceptance.
Incorporate budgeted dollars, quantities and labor resources into the project schedule.
Integrate subcontractor and vendor schedules for the delivery of services, equipment and materials
Develop detailed cash flow from schedule data.
Develop detailed hourly shutdown and outage schedules; review same with management.
Update schedule to reflect actual progress and delays or other impacts, updating actual starts, finishes and remaining durations, quantities installed, actual labor hours and associated costs.
Prepare schedule revisions for review showing the schedule impact of drawing revisions, delivery revisions, design changes or contractor interface revisions.
Monitor drawing revisions and revise the schedule allocation of man-hours and quantities accordingly.
Ensure that project charges are properly coded and progress reporting is submitted in a timely manner, thru coordination with project team, subcontractors and vendors.
Receive, review, monitor, and verify quantity reporting
Update the schedule showing quantities installed on a weekly basis
Prepare quantity reporting forms used by GIC supervision
Monitor and analyze SPI, CPI, EV and manpower reports, report the same to management and initiate corrective action discussions as necessary.
Advise the Superintendent and Project Manager on the compliance of the subcontractors and vendors performance.
Prepare, if necessary, recovery schedules
Participate in schedule review meetings
Prepare and submit for review weekly and monthly reports as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management or another relevant discipline.
4+ years of relevant construction experience. Industrial experience is preferred.
Strong scheduling skills and must be proficient in related software (P6)
Ability to track field progress
Ability to generate SPI, CPI, EV and manpower reports
Ability to review contractor programs for compliance with contract documents
Must be able to work on cross-functional teams as well as independently
Computer skills in scheduling, cost software and Microsoft Office
