The Junior Scheduler is responsible for the detailed assignment and scheduling of Process Optimization Project deliverables. The Junior Scheduler monitors the detailed project schedule in order to understand and communicate any variances that are occurring, and to provide assessments to mitigate those variances.

Responsibilities:

? Schedule, assign and track tactical work via associated project portfolio.
? Work closely with Manufacturing, Technology, and Quality organizations.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
? Act as a focal point to resolve issues that arise during normal operations.
? Identify and communicate project bottlenecks and collaborate cross-functionally to mitigate schedule disruption(s).
? Perform data analysis and track adherence to schedule/plan accordingly.
? Actively participate in cross functional scheduling forums and implement scheduling best practices.

Computer Systems: Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio & MS Project

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

1. 5 years of project experience with 0-2 years of experience in a scheduling role or equivalent with strong emphasis and experience in customer service.
2. Bachelor's degree in biological, business, engineering and/or physical sciences or equivalent experience desired.
3. Project Management experience desired.
4. Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, both written and oral.
5. Experience implementing new business processes and supporting organizational change.
6. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
