Responsibilities

Planning maintenance & repairs for equipment and instruments in accordance with all approved business process documentation.
Provide Facilities management data or information data to ensure on-time performance of maintenance with minimal downtime.
Executing work within established targets for Business Health Indicators (lagging) and Process Health Indicators (leading).
Building and maintaining a strong relationship with all stakeholders, including but not limited to MRO Stores, Vendors, Contractors, Customers, Production Schedulers, Document Control, CMMS administrator.
Ensure that the CMMS database is accurate and up to date which includes; Task BOM's, Maintenance Plans and Scheduling Dates.
Support other Planners with complex work notification conversions.
Plan and all work in a manner consistent with all cGMP, OSHA, and Federal, State and local laws and regulations.
Help to develop CMMS asset records, maintenance schedules, and maintenance parts data.
Work closely with Facilities Services personnel, management, service requesters, production staff, technologists, engineers, and outside contractors to schedule routine and non-routine maintenance activities to ensure continuous, optimal operation of facilities and equipment with minimal downtime.

Computer Systems: SAP PM, Microsoft Office required

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

Minimum 5+ years of experience of facilities maintenance planning and scheduling in a Biopharmaceutical or similar Corporate Campus environment with practical understanding of facilities maintenance and repair requirements.
Ability to work on multiple activities simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Strong focus on client support.
Excellent oral and written communication, leadership, customer service, technical and organizational skills.
Strong understanding of facilities maintenance (buildings, grounds, bioprocess equipment and instrumentation) work order planning and asset management best practices in a GMP environment.
BS or BA degree in a related field or equivalent experience desired.
