Job #3769: Project Controls Analyst - Gas Projects
Gather information from the Gas Business units, report information in Key Performance Indicator (KPI) graphical format and provide analysis of the data.
Specific job duties include the following:
This Analyst would be required to provide the following reports in support of the Yankee Gas Business Unit Operating Plan, Backlog Reports, Work Plan and the Comprehensive Energy Strategy (CES) Senior Management Performance Reports, and also provide analysis of the data on a regular basis, as requested (bi-weekly, monthly, etc.):
(1) Accelerated Replacement Program (ARP) Budget vs. Actual Main Abandonment.
(2) Accelerated Replacement Program (ARP) 2013 vs 2014 Main Installed.
(3) Accelerated Replacement Program (ARP) 2013 vs 2014 Main Abandoned.
(4) Monthly Accelerated Replacement Program (ARP) Comparison Report.
(5) New Business Projects Budget vs. Scheduled vs. Actual Main Installation.
(6) New Business Projects 2013 vs 2014 Main Installed.
(7) New Business Projects 2013 vs 2014 Main Budget vs Scheduled.
(8) New Business Projects 2013 vs 2014 Services Installed.
(9) Weekly Contractor Crew Count.
(10) Comprehensive Energy Strategy (CES) Performance Report data.
(11) Back-log Reports.
(12) Will require Strong Knowledge of the Primavera Scheduling Program, to help the Planners understand the use of this system and generate reports from it.
(13) Assist with Un-vouchered Liabilities (UVLs) and as a backup resource for the Daily Contractor Schedule Report, as required.
Job Requirements
Familiar with NU Cost Systems (including MIB, STORMS, etc.) is a plus.
Excel and Primavera Scheduling Program & Lotus Notes Experience is a preferred.
4 Year Degree in Business, Engineering or related field preferred.
Candidates MUST HAVE at least 5 years of experience.
Candidate should also have experience in Primavera Scheduling Program to utilize Primavera to provide reports from the program and provide training to others, as required.
